This means that you only have to use a local access number (available in 45 countries worldwide) to “dial-around” your long distance provider to access our low rates. This allows you to use any phone: home, cell, work, without the hassle of switching providers or changing your current service. Once your credit card payment has been authorized, your account will be immediately activated and you can start making calls right away.
Every time you place a call, the Vintalk system will read your account balance and minutes to the destination you call. As you make calls, Vintalk automatically deducts the cost of the call from the initial amount you paid on sign-up. All of your account details, including remaining balance, minutes used, original charge amount, and both the origination and destination number of each call, is available online at your My Account page at www.vincall.com. We use the highest industry standards and a Secured Socket Layering (SSL) encryption to protect your privacy.
If your balance falls below a certain level and you choose our Automatic Recharge Option during sign up, Vintalk will automatically recharge your account using the amount you pre-selected. (Recharge mode may be changed at any time by accessing your account at www.vincall.com/my/recharge.)
When placing a call using Vintalk, you simply dial a local access number to enter our system and start taking advantage of our low rates without having to switch carriers.

Placing a call from a pre-registered phone number (such as your home or cell)
Placing a call from a non pre-registered phone number (possibly from a pay phone or hotel phone, etc.)
Every time you place a call, the system will read you your account balance and minutes to the destination you call.
If you run out of minutes, our system will automatically recharge your account to the initial sign up amount if you have chosen the Recharge option. If not, you will be prompted to refuel your account online or by phone with our Customer Care center.
