Does Vincall work with all mobile phones?

Of course. No matter who your carrier or what type of plan you have, you just need to register your cell, phone number to take advantage of Vincall’s super low rates on long distance.

What if I have more than one mobile phone?

Not a problem. Register as many mobile phones as you need.

After I register, how long until I can use Vincall?

As soon as your credit or debit card is authorized, your service is activated immediately. If you pay by a different method, we will contact you by phone or email (you can designate which way you’d like to receive notifications when you register) as soon as your new Vincall account is good to go.

What if my number changes after I sign up?

Hey, change happens. Our online account feature allows you to edit your information whenever you need to. Or you can simply call Customer Care at 1-800-980-5172 and have one of our friendly experts make the changes for you.

What's it going to cost me, really?

There is no monthly fee. No annual fee, either. Seriously!

You pay only for the calls you make, at our low long distance rates (up to 90% less than what you may currently be paying).

Remember, you can register as many phones as you like— home, mobile, even business lines!

Do you charge different rates for different times?

No way. You’ll find our rates are the same 24/7/365. You’ll pay the same low rates, no matter what.

So, what are your minimum usage requirements?

We don’t have a minimum. No matter how much you love to talk, you only pay for your calling time. And if this doesn’t suit you, you can still cancel any time without a penalty.

How much tax will I be charged?

All applicable taxes are included in your rate per minute.

Why was my mobile rate more than it costs to call on a land line?

Some countries operate a little differently than we do. In some instances, mobile user does not pay to receive a call on their mobile phone (also known as “Calling Party Pays”). In these cases, the wireless carrier has to charge the calling party a bit more to connect the call. Generally speaking, most international carriers charge higher rates to connect wireless phones than they do for land line calls. We don’t make the rules, we just play by them.

Why do some countries have a separate rate for Special Services?

There are some numbers that are classified by European carriers as a Special Service number. They can be land lines, but are more expensive than standard land lines because of how they were established in those countries where they exist. Vincall charges a Special Service rate for calls to these numbers because the carriers in those countries charge a higher rate connect the calls.

How do I make a call?

How do I place an international call from my mobile phone using Vincall?

After you sign-up, Vincall provides an access number to call from your mobile phone. When you call the Vincall Access Number, we will recognize your phone and automatically provide you a dial tone. Then just dial the international number followed by the pound (#) sign to place your call. You must not press the SEND key after dialing the international number.

Does my wireless carrier charge me for the time used to place international calls made through Vincall?

Yes. You always incur your wireless carrier's applicable charges whenever you make a call. You receive Vincall's great rates for the international portion of your call.

Can I use speed dial to make things easier?

You can always save the Vincall Access Number in your speed dial and enter your international number at the tone.

Will I ever get a busy signal when I call the Vincall Access Number?

No, you will not get a busy signal when you call the Vincall Access Number. We have a state-of-the-art digital switching system that will recognize your phone and automatically gives you a dial tone whenever you call.

Do I need to dial a secret code or a PIN to place a call?

Only if you place a call from a phone that has not been pre-registered.

What should I do if I have any questions or difficulties placing a call?

Can I use the Vincall Service from a prepaid phone?

Yes. You can use Vincall from any phone or carrier.

Just how big is the Vincall calling area?

Can I use Vincall from anywhere in the US?

You can use Vincall anytime and anyplace you are able to connect with the Vincall Access Number.

Can I use Vincall when I am outside of the US?

Of course! We offer local access numbers in more than 45 countries and 1750 cities around the world.

Can people call me from outside of the US using Vincall?

Yes, the same local access numbers work from any land line or mobile phone and with any carrier. Your credit card will be charged in US dollars.

Can I use Vincall from any phone I want?

You can use Vincall from any phone that you register in your Vincall account, including mobile, home and business. However, you cannot register public pay telephones.

Can I use Vincall to call any country in the world?

How does your billing work?

What payment methods are offered?

We accept Discover, Visa, MasterCard, along with ATM and debit cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Why can’t I pay by check?

We keep our rates low by using a paperless billing system. No bills, no envelopes, no stamps, just instant online access!

Do I need to prepay in order to use Vincall?

Yes, Vincall is a prepaid service. You decide how much you want to talk, and pay in advance. Once your minutes are used up, you will need to add minutes to your account either online (www.vincall.com) or by calling our Customer Care center, 1-800-980-5172. We can also automatically renew your account (if you choose the Auto Renew option) at a rate you pre-determine.

How do you protect my credit card information?

The information submitted on our web site is protected by the highest level of industry-standard SSL encryption. All of the credit card information received is then encrypted a second time and stored on our secure billing servers.

What are the billing increments?

All calls are billed in full minute increments, with partial minutes rounded to the nearest full minute.

How do I review my usage and charges?

You can review you monthly summary on line which details all usage and charges. Call detail includes date and time of call, destination number and location, and call charge.

With Auto Renew, do you send a bill before you charge the credit card?

No, we’re trying to keep it paperless! Once you’ve signed up, we will automatically debit your credit card when you’ve used your final minute. A summary of usage and charges, in addition to call details, will always be posted on your account details on our website.

What do I do if I have a question or problem with my bill?

Can I cancel service at any time?
